I typically wear jean and a polo or a dress shirt with nice shoes. I do have a nice assortment of t-shirts I wear a few times a week also. My old school had a dress code, and it was bascially that, but there is a difference between having a somewhat laxed dress code and having to wear khaki's and tucked in collard shirt every day....
