This has been discused in the General Forum.

It is best to keep innerworkings of your team private and not to keep pounding away at an event that has had a negative effect on a team. If this team is to survive or re-establish they need to work out their problems on a team level.

I am closing this thread as the general thread is being closely monitored to prevent damage to a great team.
