This is a professional career position targeted toward a long term hire. They are looking for someone at least 25 years old with eperience in programmatic development, to define how ASCE will participate at an organization-to-organization level with educational programs (like FIRST). Also, notice the "preparing grant proposals and reports" line. ASCE, NSF, NSTA, NATE, DoE grant development is not for the faint of heart. This is not a summer job activity.
