Cingular is great.
Dorienne's right, Cingular was really bad way back. I switched to T-Mobile and it was okay for a while. After about a year or so...the service started getting bad. We then went back to Cingular because I got an amazing deal on the Moto Razor cell phone.
It's very nice.
