Yup, you bet you can!

Not sure what version you have?

Anyway under the Panel Bar you should see "Insert Image"

To make sure the Panel Bar is open go to View then Toolbar then just make sure "Panel Bar" is selected.

You should see this only if you are in sketch mode.

So basically once you have a 2d object you can size the image/s and move them however you want.

Things can get a bit more complicated if you have a 3D part.

Once you have a solid object you can use the "Decal" feature to wrap images around parts. I suggest using the tutorial/help pages for that.
