RE: DATE CHANGE: FRC Pre-Registration and NASA Grants

As part of developing an improved FRC registration system for 2006, FIRST has been in the process of migrating to a new version of our database software. Recent testing has revealed the need for additional, unplanned refinements to this registration system.
Therefore, the opening for 2006 pre-registration will now be Thursday, September 22, 2005 at noontime, EDT.
We apologize for the delay, but we believe that making these refinements now will result in a more efficient and timely FRC registration process for teams.
In addition, to better coordinate information flow, the pre-registration date for NASA grants
has also been moved to Thursday September 22, 2005.
