He said that before, and it's been that way in past years.

personally, I happen to like it that way this year, since I joined second.

If I had joined last, I wouldn't. But that doesn't ,ake it unfair just cuz I don't like it.

The draft is an autopick (barring my standard 100% unanimous clause, which never happens). I do this because there's always a few people who's schedules don't mesh, and that makes it extremely disadvantageous for those who can't make it. However, you can pre-rank your players on your team page (and I'd suggest doing this because Yahoo's rankings inhale audibly) Draft order is first come, first served. Check the managers page. The order on that is the order of the draft (and should help you in determining who to pick according to the numbers). The draft order reverses every round, and the waiver priority is the reverse of the first-round order (IOW, the first pick in the draft is last with the waiver priority).
