The most helpful thing that everyone can do today is to send to FIRST, the exact order of events, the exact error message.
Each team is allowed one main contact, who will go in and update the record. Each team is also allowed one alternate (the alternate's contact data is entered by the main contact) who can access the system. If you are not the main contact or the alternate, you will not be allowed into the TIMS.
