Who should I ask my EasyC questions?

I received my VEX programming kit and I am having an issue using the arcade 4 wheel drive function. The robot does not drive correctly even though I set it up like the example. I have not had the time to debug this myself, but it brings up a concern. Who do I ask for help?

I have posted questions on the vex site's forum, but I have never received any real answers from there The vexlab forum is great but this is not their product and I am unsure if they will support it. I posted this question in the Vex forum, but does it belong in the programming forum? Are there enough EasyC people out there to support its own forum on CD?

On a another note just bought the encoders and light sensor can't wait till the weekend to try them out.
