So perusing the tier list (
http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/2006/tierlist.htm), I happened to notice that team 23 was listed on there as a tier 6 team. For those who don't know, team 23 was the fabled Plymouth North team which left FIRST after 1999. Now, it's interesting because they weren't listed in 2005 (
http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/2005/tierlist.htm). Does this mean they're coming back? Or just that FIRST decided to list each and every team possible?
