Williamsburg itself doesn't have any FIRST teams, though I've tried talking my sister into helping start one at her High School there. (My niece is engineering bound and my nephew is now at Va. Tech. - it's the Scottish blood)
I think the closest team to you is Team 122 (
http://www.team122.org ) in Hampton about 30 miles East on 64. W&M probably has a shuttle bus that makes that run.
In the other direction you'd have to go all the way to Richmond ~45 min to an hour, then there are a lot of teams. Public transportation around the city is pretty good, but the overall travel time would be a schedule killer.
