WRRF November 12th workshop announcement

The following message is from Ceal Craig, WRRF workshop program manager:

--------------------------------------------------------------
As we plan the next WRRF workshops for Nov-12 at SCU (same place, same
time), any feedback on the Oct-22 workshops? (please provide to
cealcraig@druai.com)

Please write me privately vs. clogging the forum with responses.

We have a few more rooms for Nov-12. So far, we have added two more
workshops: Managing a Team (team conflict management skills, brainstorming
techniques, etc.); Using 3Dmax (Team 114 & 115 members are running this
one). In addition, we'll run Electronics again, and likely the Physics and
Strength of Materials again (Warning: these are both meant for students with
some knowledge of physics to start).

We would love to have some workshop (s) on software, but so far, we don't
have an instructor. SO, if you know anybody, have them make contact with me.

Any other subjects of interest?

Anyway, more details will come out mid-next week. Pre-registration did help
us out; we'll have the labels better organized next time and with another
volunteer or two, we will likely start on time. I will be providing you all
a template to fill in if possible (Excel).

Last but not least: thanks to Jeff Ota (our host representative from the SCU
College of Engineering); Harry Garland (electronics); Eugene Brooks
(Physics); Tim Craig (Strength of Materials); and Ken Leung (Registration).

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Cheers,

Ceal Craig
