Well, that would be most perfectly logical, except from your statement there is no indication of when, where, how, or why the beaker was dropped. Therefore the beaker could be being dropped off the Empire State Building, or two inches into a large fluffy Krispy Kreme Donut. Your beaker, ain't breaking.
