Yea, I understood from your original post that you were just looking for what was allowed, not attempting anything sneaky.
My comment wasn't directed at you. I only added that part because of the slight thread drift to legality issues, and the chance that some future reader might follow the drift of that thought.
P.S. The rules in 2003 were more explicit on this topic than later rules.
