I am highly suggesting not to use Frontpage, or any other WYSIWYG editors. Not only do they make the page with way more HTML than necessary, but its almost impossible to make a halfway descent page that will work in any browser besides Internet Explorer, if you can get it to work right with that even. I'm suggesting you learn HTML and make one without the aid of an editor. HTML isn't really that hard, and there are plenty of good tutorials available on the internet.

www.oswd.org useful. It provides hundreds of openly available page designs you can easly modify to fit to your needs.
