Microsoft has said that the crashing is "only a small fraction of the sold XBoxes" but refuses to release numbers and that the reports were "not unexpected" .

Also, some people report that there power converter over heated, causing the crash so by lifting it off the ground and letting the air circulate around it giving it better cooling, the crashign can be prevented.

I wonder how those vaccum cleaners are coming...
