For the record, the only team that fits that description in the North is the Bears, and that's because of the D.
The only thing the other teams have in common is that they get smashed in the mouth on a fairly regular basis.
Everything starts with a solid Oline. If the lions had one, Harrington would still be subpar, but better, and Jones would have had an excellent year.
