Oh, I hadn't realized that Google offered that service. If that's the case, they must be doing the advertising in-house. That may explain why it's pretty bad. 
If ChiefDelphi any teams that qualify as non-profit are interested in doing this, I'd be happy to help with the accounts once they're set up, as my job is to maintain paid search accounts for our clients. I wonder if they'd be effective as a fundraising tool.
