I'm willing to bet on it being, in whole or in part, from the 2006 field components.
This image was composed from a de-goalified version of the 2005 field. (Note the human player placement and the end zone lines.)
While Dave's hobby may involve tormenting us, I don't think he invests
that much time in it.
