I have yahoo as well, for mail purposes.

I wish I had a yahoo/google combo home page for searching I use Google, but I need to see if I have mail as soon as I open my browser.

In IE: Tools>Internet Options>General Tab (The First one that shows up) > Home Page.

Then you can type in anything you want.
