I'm surprised with all this talk about noodles, no one has mentioned the
Flying Spaghetti Monster. With all the crazy talk going on about mailboxes and such, why not include the Flying Spaghetti Monster?
The lexan and diamond plate are both optional supplies, as it says in the footnotes. These are used every year for the driver station, but are not necessary. I doubt that they would have us drive the robots over lexan, as we would crack it within 10 minutes.
I do see ramps and/or platforms in our future, however.
