If you haven't checked this out yet, try MOEmentum: FYI - First-Year-Team Infobase. It contains weekly tips of where you should be in the build process and offers resources for additional help.

The official description: Each week, we send an e-mail to 2006 first-year teams with a summary of the current week's TIPs and resources along with links to the full text or document in this MOEmentum: FYI section of our team's website.
