I know you guys like to edit them to get the length down, but I think you take out too much of the silence. People respond to each other unnaturally quickly, and there is an air of 'falseness' around it. Personally, I feel it would be better to not edit it at all and just have you all not leave dead space in the first place
. If you do continue to edit it though, consider leaving a bit more pause between speakers to give my brain time to catch up.
