It has been my experience that the Dewalt service website shows several of the required parts on backorder (especially around this time of year). Check my post
HERE for more info on these fantastic transmissions and a source for the ENTIRE drill (12v model) for $60 ea (less in quantity). After cannibalizing for your required transmission parts you still have a great keyless chuck AND a nice 12v Dewalt motor for some other use.
I am also attaching a spreadsheet I generated last year which details the required parts (part numbers and last years prices) and an exploded diagram of the drill.
