Well there's information (including the CIM's spec sheet) provided by FIRST
here, and additionally the small CIM motors are well-documented on this forum. There was some noise early on that the 2006 CIM was different from the 2005 one, but that does not seem to be the case at all, the no-load RPM being around 5300. Whatever you're looking for in particular can probably be found with a search however. Good luck.
