A "robotics" major is very rare. Though the Cornell School of Engineering doesn't have robotics as an official major but there are specializations of certain majors that included robotics. For example, I think Mechanical Engineering has a robotics specialization, Computer Science has an AI concentration, etc. Cornell Engineering is a VERY rigorous program but what you get out of it is priceless.
