We have used the sprocket function and had the results water jetted. The path we have used is make the sprocket in mechanical desktop, scale it up by 25.4 and finish it up in inventor. In years past what you output from desktop is read buy inventor as metric no mater the units used in desktop. The link we've used to learn this process is
