I see the problem... The assembly diagrams all show the board with the switch at the bottom, but the connection diagram shows it up the other way.
I hadn't noticed those reversing jumpers. Thanks for the excellent tip.

The power switch should be at the top. If it's not, then the camera is upside down. Try putting a junper on the vertical one.
