Yes, the EDU-RC works fine (the code was developed on a EDU-RC).

Edit: Er, wait, I just remembered that I modified the CMUcam2 attached to my EDU-RC to derive it's internal +5v from the EDU-RC's +5v supply. So, I'm not sure if the +7.2v is available on the PWM outputs.
