Ahh yes this took me a while to. up on the main toolbar there is a picture of a teapot with a square menu bar on it. click that button and another complex menu will pop up.
Stay calm and remember the wise words of Douglas Adams "dont panic." Anyway scroll down until you should see a bar that says "save file as" or something to that manner. After you click browse and tell the computer where the file is going to go, right below where you type the name of the file there is a tab where you can choose the format of the file to be rendered.
