hmm...
ok you are having the smae problem we did.
you have to calibrate your camera, because there is too much noise in your background that is affecting your stats.

Here) Contains the information you need to calibrate.
also, make sure that you dont have the wrong axes flipped
(read the cam manual if you dont know what i maen)
