Yes, absolutely. All you need is something with a 22.5mm hole that can stand the "hoop stress" required. I recommend metal. If you are driving plastic, press in a tube with the right ID to take the hoop stress that the Trantorque puts on the driven part. If you use a plastic part, the plastic tends to creep and let the Trantorque slip.
