It seems to be a rather good sheet. Some things I might consider revising:

-Do you really need a spot to describe the frame of the robot? Does this give any useful information?
-Similarly, do you need a spot for the controls? The fanciest controls at the competition won't do a bit of difference if the robot is ineffective at the task.
-Also, is the sensor section necessary? Again, sensors are a very important part of the robot, but it seems as though they could be combined with other sections (arm, auto etc.)

Personally, I would add some more space for auto modes, as it seems that most teams will have numerous auto modes. However, I really like the COG space on the sheet. That will certainly be very important this year.
