We had it CNC'd at our sponsor's machine shop.

Each wheel is 6 inch diameter, with 1.5" wide tread.
The wheels started out of 6"x6"x1.5" thick Aluminum 6061 bar stock and the wheels are 6 inch diameter, with 1.25" wide tread.
This is a movie of the wheel being machined on the CNC (10MB Quicktime movie).
