After looking through the stats for my team's website (
team228.org), I was surprised at the number of hits our website has been getting lately. Ever since about August 2005, the number of hits our website gets has been expeditionally surging. This past month, we have been averaging 4000 hits per day. The monthly stats for January 2006 show that we have received 6.586 gigabytes of bandwidth transfer, with 120,020 total hits.
Is this high for a team website? Is this average for a team's website?
I'm just curious, as these numbers seemed high to me.
How much traffic does your team's website get?
