I didn't even know who was on FIRSTcast...

I just listed friends.
A suggestion to those making meet lists:
1) Try to meet people at times when they're NOT frantically fixing their robot, or at a time when they're not on the clock for scouting information for their team. Greeting people at a bad time is the equivalent of them being friendly and having to run off.
2) Don't be afraid to send somebody a private message or an email saying that you enjoyed talking to them this season, and ask them when is a good day for them to chat. That's how I contacted a few people last year, only to find out that they were very busy, but we still ended up hanging out for a while when they had downtime.
3) Attend the Webhug. So many people from Chief in one area...you're certain to find someone.
4) Try to let people know when and how you will be available. For example: I scout most of the day each day, though I run back and forth on occasion. But you won't find me in my pit most of the time, and I'm hard to pinpoint in the stands. Many people go to pits asking for friends, and unless said friends are on the pit crew, it can be hard to find them. So do the world a favor and let people know when and where you are available (if you want people to find you).
