Anyway, back to the original topic, for our design, we actually broke up into about 6 different groups and had each come up with a different design idea. We then had them all present their ideas to the team as a whole and hung them all up in our lab. We picked apart each design and incorperated them into the robot as we went along, so our robot doesn't actually resemble any of the orginal designs... just bits and peices of each...
coolie, thx, I accept, i was just really intrested in if other teams stuck to original ideas and see how much they changed. Like us, we're stuck on one path because well our team couldn't get it together until like last week. I walked into the classroom to join in the design idea and Josh said midget with a potato gun and jessica was saying that we'll just put cardbox around him and I just went "what?" then they started the whole thing in more detail.

I think we have a lot of prototypes of well, everything except the design for the harvester happened once which was pretty cool when I drove the bot around collecting balls. The hopper, well they're trying to get pneumatics and it keeps launching the lid off(they'll figure it out), the launcher is on it's way and BTW team 1636 will like to thank Mark of team 358 with helping with our launcher, and programming has been well, bored since our autonomous code can't fully be tested correctly without everything, but we come up with ideas to pass the time if we can't really be of any help to the building (too many people crowding to help build).
