I'm sorry, but this thread really should be raised up on a virtual flagpole and viewed by all.
(And before you launch waves of negative rep at me, I'm in a kinda bad mood too. But if you still wish to do so, keep it down to neutral, please?

)
Err... <rant>?
So I post a question on CD, knowing that with the Currently Online list reading quite a few people that could possibly have an answer. Obviously, it takes a little time for them to do so. Thus, I surf about CD and reply to a few forums.
Well, I'm the only person actively posting on CD on 401, and quite well known for it among my team members. So the next thing I know, one of my friends comes up and tells me to randomly insert 5 or so

's.
*Insert long transcript of me lecturing him on the ethics of doing so on CD*
And then I realized something. People that don't use CD but like causing general chaos (like my friend) can make an account and do something like this thread. With 6 posts and 2 red dots of rep, I don't think our friend here is going to be here much longer.
Now, by this point, you may be thinking... why is a 70 something post person with one dot green rep doing ranting about this?
I do so, because I believe CD is just as much a learning experience as it is a teaching experience. While I don't do anything major, and I'm obviously not known well among the CD community, I still read just about everything that comes through my Portal. Just because I have 70 posts and one dot rep doesn't mean I'm a noob on CD.
Meanwhile, I notice that the one-digit posters take no notice of the obvious bad form, but everyone else slowly beginning to actively flame, even in 1337. I was tempted to join, but I decided that something like this would be a little more effective. Do you really think that QuantumNinja is going to submit to our pleas to stop using 1337? If anything, he's going to just leave CD after he's done causing chaos.
Ok. I think I'm done.
</rant>
Looking back upon it...
...This post is probably pointless.
Ranting about chaos causing users aside, I'd say that would be pretty darn cool to see in competition. But it'd be really easy to flip, I suppose. Could it be used unfairly in an attempt to DQ good teams?
