3 Completely different engines to me. The drawback to a super charger is get up to highway speeds - and then stomp on it and see how fast you go.
Actually, the Z06 uses a 7.0 Liter small block engine. But look at the Ferrari F430, it has 4.3 Liter V-8 (Formula 1 inspired of course), and that car ups the horsepower on all these cars. It's all about the how it's engineered and how efficient it can be made. The 06 Mustang GT500 might not be quite as fast as the Viper and the Corvette, but its still going to have super car performance for at least 2/3rds the price.

But in terms of engines, yes, all three of them are completely different, but rarely do competing car manufacturers use the same methods when designing their engines, especially when you get into the high-performance range.
