A time to rest, relax, and have a good time with your friends and people from other teams is what is really wanted. Some music, but not too loud (as we have enough of that at the regionals

), some food and drinks that are not fast food. You don't know how good "real food" tastes after a long three-day competition.

And last, but not least, creative ways for team members to unwind and relax, such as poof ball, water balloon, or snowball fights (depending on your local clime). Our team has had plenty of snowball fights.
The wrap party in Atlanta was a great example of an awesome post-competition party. Last year, some of the members of 228 (including myself) went through the entire wrap party speaking in a British accept. That's when some people from another team came over and started recording us on their cell phones because they thought that we were really from Britain.

You just cannot beat good clean fun with your friends after a long competition.
