Ah, a custom 2-speed drivetrain. The pneumatic pushes the smaller wheel down to contact the carpet. It probably has a gear reduction along with the smaller diameter. (You have to look at the picture sideways...) Slick.

Looks like you've run it a bit, based on the wear marks on the lexan. My question, how does the #25 chain handle being cantilevered out like that? All that lexan I'm sure has some flex to it. Though, anyone who knows 190 is aware of the amazing structures they've build with 1/4" lexan.

I can't wait to see what other tricks WPI came up with this year. Great job so far!
