Yeah that is about how NY is. NYC FIRST is pretty much teams going to the twoNY regionals mostly and the Upstate teams are usually stronger teams that are more active in International FIRST. So it's like two whole different worlds on the opposite sides of the state (most of the upstate teams are in Western NY) and there is no feasible way for the teams to get together regualrly to work together. Okay so you are seriously doing this. I would agree with Ed. There is already a Rochester FIRST group. Also try to get a main sponsor for this, such as NiagraFIRST has thier main sponsor. Good luck.
