Tim, every thing north of City is considered Upstate. Happened all the time living in Rome which is near the geographical middle of New York. We called it Central, everyone else called it Upstate. Shesh.
There DEFINATELY need to be more teams in the middle ground between City and Rochester. You all know I'm working on that.
