Our rookie experience was great with the exception of not winning the rookie all star award. We finished as the seventh seeded team out of 30 in the finger lakes regional. Unfortionatly we got DQ'd in the first round of the playoffs because one of the judges said that one of the robots went into the corner goal, even though it was not possible for that robot to do that. I was also very impressed with you guys. I think that between 1901, 188 and 772 we represented Canada well in a week where Canadian teams were winning all over the place (1114, 1503, 1006, E.I. for 1241). Thank you again for all your help: you were trying to get us running for our quarterfinal match even though you were our opponents. It takes a special sort of rookie team to 'get it' to that degree, and I hope you can win rookie all-star in Waterloo in a couple weeks.
