I agree, the algorithims were a constant thorn in our side. Sometimes a single alliance partner that we were with would become an opponent in the next match and vice versa. However, this also occured infrequently and you would end up facing the same teams again and again with virtually the same alliance. But this is just an observation.
Congratulations to all of the award winners and everyone who attended the regional. I along with Adam and Patrick on these forums travelled down to FLR to observe last year and reported back to our team on what a well-run regional it was, with great organization, great support and a great venue. I'm happy to say that everyone else on the team confirmed this for us! It proved to be way better than a day of macroeconomics classes.

The software has lots of little problems and some big ones. I think Hatch needs to work on fixing the field portion of the software before they write up flashy guis that are over complicated. They also need to split the software up into smaller pieces with multiple applications. There is no need to have a match generator inside the field control software. (just as an example... there are many more...)
