I hate to disagree with you but the High Score at the Finger Lakes Regional during qualifying matches occurred with 229 (Division by Zero), 1126(SparX) and 1518 (Ulterior Motive- Harbec Plastics/Palmyra-Macedon High School)
With maybe two seconds left the Team 1518 Robot made it onto the ramp after being blocked, with all three alliance robots finishing on the stand- They had either 110 or 130 points- I can't recall which.

I remember it vividly because it was the highlight of our weekend- ....(other than being picked by the 8th Alliance)
The crowd went nuts at the score
