Re: php/forms/posting/I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!

What are you using for coding? Do you have access to Dreamweaver or another quality Program. They have drag and drop items (or click and insert) for forms. This also builds the code around them.

Then you need a Database server. you need the username and password to access the database.

Once you have access, you need to build your table structure. Based on what you need this can be simple or complex- If you have no database experience, this may prove difficult out of the gate. If you have some experience, then keep it simple and get somthing basic working- then build on it. You need to design on paper first so you can plan the way the data is stored.

If you can ask around, your team may have someone (mentor or student) that can help get started. If not- perhaps there are programming teachers in your school. They may be able to get you started and/or point you to a student in their class who can help.

If you reach a dead end on all fronts- I can pass your name onto our team's Web developer. I guided him through the funtional wish list, but he coded the entire site- PHP/MySQL- on his own. (shsrobotics.org ) He can probably wip something up for you in a day or two (and maybe explain it for the learning experience). But you still need database access on your web server.
