What I'm trying to say is taking your grievances here and making your dirty laundry public instead of keeping it in house is not a good way of doing business.
Other members of your team and mentor are going to see this and they may not be too pleased with what you are doing. You could get in serious trouble with this (I have seen it happen before). Think before you post.
