I was so disappointed this weekend. I walked into the Naval Academy restaurant near the hockey rink at the Annapolis regional and was amused/saddened.

On the 3rd day since I had to stand in a long line to get food I saw a huge banner hanging in the middle of the restaurant, and Congratulations was spelled with a D. It was Congratulating a General or an Admiral on an accomplishment of some kind.

I was gonna say something to someone but I don't think it's wise to question Naval officers with weapons on their belts. lol
