After going to a few regionals I have noticed allot of teams that don't
use the camera even to manually aim their robot. I think this would be
a very valuable tool to use. I also think it would help teams learn about
how to use the camera in easyC.

This code is for a fixed mount camera to be aligned with your shooter.
It progressively turns on the LED's on the OI to help your driver align
your shooter.
